Jessica Angeles
Executive Recruiter
Connecting with people is at the heart of everything I do. As a Recruiter at Daisy Mae Research, I manage the full recruitment process, helping to identify and qualify the right participants while supporting the needs of our clients and project teams. I love that every day brings new conversations, new perspectives, and new opportunities to learn.
My greatest strengths are relationship-building and staying calm under pressure. I’m adaptable, dependable, and genuinely enjoy getting to know people from all walks of life. Whether I’m recruiting for a study, learning about new products, or helping solve a project challenge, I strive to make every interaction positive and meaningful.
One thing that drives me is curiosity. I enjoy learning new things and am always looking for ways to grow, both professionally and personally. That curiosity extends beyond my work into many of my hobbies, including reading, thrift shopping, traveling, hiking, and spending time with my family. I’m also a proud bookworm with a goal of reading 45 books this year.
When I’m not working, I’m a busy mom to two boys and part of a lively household that includes my husband, a U.S. Coast Guard veteran, two huskies, two cats, a tank full of fish, and even a snake named Byter. Life is never boring, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
I’m also passionate about youth literacy and helping children gain access to books and educational opportunities. I believe every child deserves the chance to discover the joy of reading and the possibilities it can unlock. What I love most about Daisy Mae Research is our small but mighty team. We genuinely enjoy working together, supporting one another, and building meaningful connections with people across the country. I’m proud to be part of a team that values curiosity, compassion, and authentic human connection in everything we do.
