Robert Frain
Logistics Strategy Advisor
For more than 30 years, I’ve been driven by one simple thing: a genuine curiosity about people. Whether I’m speaking with a CEO, a college student, or a retiree, I enjoy learning what makes people tick and helping ensure their voices are heard.
At Daisy Mae Research, I’m a research recruiter and manager by title, but a people-connector at heart. I work to match the right participants with the right studies, helping clients gain meaningful insights while creating positive experiences for everyone involved.
Throughout my career, I’ve developed strengths in relationship building, stakeholder communication, project coordination, problem-solving, and client service. I enjoy the challenge of finding practical solutions and delivering successful outcomes, no matter the project.
What I love most about market research is the human connection. Every conversation offers a new perspective, and that’s what has kept me passionate about this industry for more than three decades.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me enjoying music—lots of it—or revisiting my unexpected appreciation for opera after being reluctantly dragged to the Metropolitan Opera years ago.
Animals have always held a special place in my heart, and I’m proud to support the Bergen County Humane Society and the important work they do to protect and care for animals in need. Giving a voice to those who can’t speak for themselves is a cause I deeply believe in.
What I appreciate most about Daisy Mae Research is the culture. It’s a place built on trust, respect, and genuine support, where people feel valued and empowered to do their best work. I’m proud to be part of a team that believes great research starts with great relationships.
