My professional journey has brought me to a powerful realization: my true passion lies in creating genuine connections with people. This insight inspired me to build a fieldwork agency focused on meaningful engagement, both with respondents and clients. Backed by a dedicated and talented team that shares my vision, we provide high-quality recruitment services while striving to make a real impact.

Running Daisy Mae Research is a dream come true. Every day, I have the opportunity to connect with clients, build relationships with participants, support my team, and ensure we’re not just meeting expectations—we’re surpassing them. I firmly believe a leader should never ask someone to do something they wouldn’t be willing to do themselves, and I strive to lead with empathy, patience, understanding, and integrity.

Throughout my career, I’ve worn many hats—from recruiting and office management to working on both the supplier and client sides of market research. While those experiences have given me a well-rounded perspective, recruitment has always been where my heart is. I thrive on connecting with people, understanding what drives them, and using those relationships to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Beyond research, I have two lifelong passions: connecting with people and helping animals. A portion of our proceeds supports animal rescue organizations, allowing our work to create a positive impact beyond the projects we complete. I’m also passionate about helping people navigate recovery from substance abuse because, at their core, both causes are about the same thing: offering a second chance. There is something incredibly rewarding about watching people and animals heal, grow, and become who they were always meant to be.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me discovering something new—whether that’s live music, a new restaurant, a new city, or meeting someone with a story to tell. (And if I’m especially tired, my team will tell you that’s usually when my silly side comes out.)

What I’m most proud of, however, is the culture we’ve built at Daisy Mae Research. Watching our team support one another, celebrate each other’s successes, and genuinely enjoy working together is the greatest accomplishment of my career. I believe that when we lead with heart, embrace second chances, and put people first, we create the kind of impact that truly matters.
